Eating At The Hotel

Eating a la carte in a 4 star restaurant is a luxurious but expensive exercise for most of us. The Hotel Team have addressed this by arranging a special set menu from the hotel's standard range of high quality dishes.
The set menu is available for all members who book in advance. Advance booking is absolutely essential for:
- Thursday Evening: £8.00
- Lunches (Friday - Monday): £5.50
- Evening meals (Friday - Sunday): £14.50
Reduced prices are available for children.
Important Note
Other food outlets - both at the hotel and in the NEC complex - are unlikely to be available and if you don't book, you will not have access to the Convention menu.
Reservations and amendments for Friday - Monday can be made up to 25th July 2008 although you will not be billed until the Convention. We have also been able to arrange an additional special menu for Thursday evening which you can reserve until 8th August 2008.
Special Diets
If you require a special diet, have any allergies or intolerances, or need vegetarian or vegan dishes, please provide details when you reserve your meal. The hotel have assured us that, with appropriate forewarning, they will be able to provide suitable alternatives at the same fixed price.
The only exception is a Kosher diet which is likely to incur extra charges, so please email hotel@dwcon.org if you require a Kosher menu.
Bars
The Convention's Bar will be open daily from 11 am to midnight. After midnight, the hotel's Lounge Bar will serve members, at discounted prices, on production of a membership badge.
Please note that the discounted prices prices will not be available in the Lounge Bar whilst the Convention's own bar is open.
