Chaos Costuming
So - what is 'Chaos Costuming'?
Basically, it's a room full of stuff for making costumes from (think of those Blue Peter projects on a bigger scale) where convention members can drop in to throw together an on-the-spot costume.
We have fabrics, sewing machines, needles and thread, for those of a more traditional skill-set, but we also have hot glue, staples, sticky-tape, old CD's and all manner of other things for those who aren't so much into sewing.
One thing we ask, however, is that no unaccompanied children make use of the workshop. It's all good fun, but you never know who might have left a pair of scissors or other sharp object in that pile of fabric that is oh-so-tempting for a child to jump into.
So whether you want something to wear around the convention, something for a last minute entry into the Maskerade, or simply have some spare time between programme items to spend in getting creative, drop into the Chaos workshop and see if we have something to fire your imagination.
