Please confirm your hotel room booking using a credit/debit card

Due to overwhelming demand for rooms in the Palace Hotel, we have decided to introduce the policy that rooms must be guaranteed by entry of a debit or credit card number within 7 days of confirmation, otherwise the rooms will be cancelled and offered to someone on the waiting list. Payment for rooms will not be taken until check-out.

All rooms confirmed as of 14th May 2013 must be guaranteed by 21st May 2013

If you have already entered your debit / credit card, you don't need to do anything more.
