Dealers
So, you want to be a Dealer at DWCon 2012?
The Dealers' Room at a Discworld Convention is always busy, and for some reason many of the members seem eager to be parted from their money.
Dealer membership is for those whose primary purpose is sale of goods.
You can book up to three tables, priced as follows:
- 1 table - £50
- 2 tables - £95
- 3 tables - £135
You will receive one complimentary membership per table booked, which will allow you to take advantage of the special Convention rates for accommodation, food and drink.

First, check the Terms and Conditions (printable PDF).
Click here to sign up - a non-returnable £20 deposit per table will be required.
Download, print and sign the Dealer's agreement, and return it to
Discworld Convention 2012, PO Box 4101, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 9AJ, U.K.

Or scan and email it to dealers@dwcon.org
You will be informed when your application is processed, and you can then return to the Overview page and pay the balance.

Member dealers
If your main purpose is to participate in the Convention and are already a member, but you also wish to be a Dealer, you can purchase a table at an additional cost of £20.
Click here to sign up - choose Member dealer at the top of the form, and select your membership number to link the table with.
Note that it will be your own responsibility to arrange cover / security for your table when you are not present.
